Our Mission

At Soundtrack Community Development & Talent Enhancement, Inc., a non-profit organization, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to dream beyond their circumstances and see themselves in a brighter future. Rooted in the heart of Chicago’s South Side, our mission is to empower youth through creative expression, mentorship, and skill development—helping them uncover their purpose, passion, and potential.

Through the arts, we strive to build strong foundations of confidence, discipline, and hope. We are committed to showing young people that the world of creativity extends far beyond the spotlight—that there are countless career paths and opportunities beyond performing. Whether behind the camera, designing sound, producing content, managing creative projects, or pioneering new industries, we want them to see that their talents can open doors they never knew existed.

Our programs are designed to:
